Marshall replaced the slab base for a summer house with a new patio area with screening, laid a gravel strip to soften the front of our garden shed, widened our borders, and repositioned a gate to make a larger bin store. He and his team worked hard, efficiently, and tidily. His quote was reasonable, and there were no unexpected extras. My 14 year old patio was looking tired. Despite a lot of power washing and blackspot treating, lumps of mortar were breaking out and it clearly needed repointing. However, Marshall suggested grinding out all the old mortar and replacing with a resin. It has resulted in a transformation and my patio now looks like it’s just been laid. The resin has a great appearance & seems it will be much more resistant to wear than mortar, although obviously time will tell. I also found Marshall & Karl turned up when promised, were trustworthy & a pleasure to have around. They made sure everything was cleaned up and back in its place at the end. Very happy to recommend. I found Marshall and his crew to be diligent, skilled and easy to get on with. They kept on programme and price. They were friendly hard working and a pleasure to have on the property. Each stage of the job was fully explained. This finished work is superb. Everything was cleaned up and removed at the end of the works. They really went way beyond what I was hoping for.
