Cris and his team on the Fine Detail Construction Ltd do an excellent job on a building job, whether big or small - and over the years, we have worked with Cris on both. A big job was completely gutting and remodernising a 2-bedroom house in London SW2, with total rewiring, replumbing, replastering, fitting new kitchen and bathroom and installing new floors (also with some underfloor heating). A smallish job was the most recent one, in April 2025, total refurbishment of a rental flat in London SE24: installing some wall insulation to improve the EPC Certificate to the desirable C rating, installing a new kitchen, new bathroom and redecoration.
