Having been in my own business now since 1992 and in the industry since 1985 it meant that I am able to stay in control and use the systems that I feel, are most beneficial for clients

Experience mainly. Having been in the industry for nearly 39 years I have seen all that has happened that has affected the market place. What lender will consider what situation and usually within a few minutes of talking to someone, know ifI can help.

All of my services are online and remote. Usually after the initial call, a Zoom appointment is arrangerd and all items everything else is either online or email
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not so much changes but everything is done remotely and online
Adverse Credit History
We specialise in helping people who, for whatever reason, cannot obtain a mortgage through High Street Lenders due to adverse credit on the credit file.
Self-Employed
Most High Street lenders require 3 years accounts but we have lenders that will work on 1 year. In other words a relatively new business owner would be considered with just one year available.
Missed mortgage payments
Missed mortgage payments are one of the main reasons for a decline with mortgage lenders. Our lenders will certainly consider people who have had some missed payments in the past.
