Couldn't recommend Ian enough. If youre wanting great advice, everything explained, step by step guidance (im a newbie to the property world lol) the best mortgage to suit, patience, fast but very efficient the list is endless. He's is the man you want! Ian really does go above and beyond all whilst putting you at ease with what could be a daunting and stressful experience. He's down to earth and all round a decent guy. His availability and replying etc is 100% my work hours are late yet he still called/answered messages regardless of times. Ian is indeed the true definition of a Mortgage Advisor. My encounter with him and the kind of service I received was superb. He’s got all the solutions to mortgage problems. In the world of mortgage, I think Ian is Top man. He is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, polite and the level of professionalism is top-notch. *As a flexible bank worker with zero hours contract,* I never thought I could get a mortgage offer but it wasn’t a big deal for Ian. He made it possible and still cannot believe it. For a period of 6 months I was back and forth with him.
