I recently sent a negative post regarding an unfortunate experience I had when I booked the End of Tenancy service. However, after my initial complaint was lodged with them, they came back to me with alternative solutions and an apology. I am pleased to that they sent me a refund also. I have used Fantastic Services in the past and they have given a good service. I would advise to call and speak with someone in customer services to get clarity on what each service provides, to avoid any misunderstandings, which I think happened in my case. Nothing wrong with the actual services of this company - efficient and well executed but once you have signed up they bombard and harass you with phone calls, texts and emails asking for a review or promoting the next service/discount - too much! I have multiple debits and credits on my bank statement, half of which I don’t understand and forget trying to get through to the accounts department as there’s only an answering machine and no one calls you back. Instead I was sent a link to look at my account online - which didn’t work - I queried it and am still waiting for a reply. Absolute nightmare and so much time wasted trying to get through to a person who has any idea or authority on how to help when there’s something which is outside the norm. Customer services were kind and polite but powerless to help unless you are signing up to another service/discount. So no complaints about the actual work carried out but communication is a disaster. Scam company Always rescheduling appointments. Prices quoted are always higher than local businesses. Recently booked a patio cleaning service. I said go the agent two cars could fit into the driveway. He put that on the system as the measurement. Two men then came to clean the patio and said we will charge double the price because my patio was bigger than 20m2 On the phone to fantastic services for ages and they said It’s no one’s fault because the agent didn’t say the price quoted for 20m2. The cleaner did arrive on time which was lovely. But we had differences on info miss read. And of course she broke one of my handheld hoovers with reference. I had to clear my name! So that other items of mine were not being broken. She cleaned my kitchen larder with info for wood cleaning soaps, which was useful. And completed cleaning some of my glass storage jars that went into the larder. She advised me to let the glassware dry for 1 hour max. Overall work had been done.
