I offer a relatively inexpensive means of documenting your ancestors which will be presented to you on completion in a hard copy format with a narrative for each generation, charts, copies of Census, Baptism, Marriage and/or Burial records where available plus any other information found such as newspaper reports of familys.

What a lucky find i made with 'FHS' a complete shot in the dark.
Mike took on board my requirements in searching out my fathers side of my family of which i knew very little.

Just a follow on from my recent review in December. I am absolutely delighted with Family History Services. I had both my mother and Father's family tree completed and i was amazed at the detail and how far Mike went back into my family history. On my Mother's side, all the way back to 1765. What do you love most about your job?
I love delving into the past of my ancestors and transfer that love into building family tree's for other people. Its not just the "dry" facts but the stories that you can unearth which brings a human aspect to the research.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting off as a hobby when I found that my Grandfather had been born in the USA and became more experienced I felt I could offer my services to others who did not have the time or expertise to do their own research.

My busines is mostly online as the amount of information available is vast but you need to know where to look and how to exploit it, and I have the experience for that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All business is conducted online or by phone so there is no personal contact unless a customer lives locally to me.
