Clean was ok but had a few problems like hair left in plug hole, bins not emptied and plugs not unscrewed to give a thorough clean. But for the price was reasonable.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Awful service. Paid for an end of tenancy clean and I’m now having to re do the clean myself. Dirt still around kitchen sides, fluff still on the carpets, carpet clean was not done by an industrial cleaner and windows smeary.
On raising my concerns, I was threatened with legal action rather than addressing my concerns.
Very unprofessional in my opinion I would avoid.

Hello karl, thank you for your dishonest review. After investigation, we found out that the cleaners asked you to go check the job they did before they go home, and you came out and told them it was a perfect job. If you had raised any concern, it would have been dealth with immediately. However, after they left, you then sent an email to the management highlighting some concerns and said you would not pay the balance. We believed this was an excuse to abscond with the company's money. That was why we threatened legal action, and rightly, so you have paid the balance. We are so proud of the work we did for you that we have added the before/after pictures and videos to our profile. Because of this poor behaviour, the company has now changed its policy to charge a full advance payment for all one-off cleaning. As a gesture of goodwill, we have also asked to come clean the areas you have raised concerns again at no extra cost within your convenience time. Thank you for your patronage.
