Today we had three units fitted by Richard and Ian. The pre - quote discussion was very informative and Richard answered all of our questions. We received a quote within a couple of days and were very pleasantly surprised, much less than we anticipated. The communication from Richard was excellent, we have been well informed every step of the way. The install went really well. Richard and Ian were friendly, professional and worked so hard all day. Richard came round and gave us a quote that was so much less than I thought it would be that we decided to have a unit fitted in the living room as well as the one in the bedroom we originally planned on. Richard offered loads of needed advice to ensure we got a system that worked really well. A very short lead time from quote to job completion was much appreciated.
