If I could give ten stars I would!! I do not write reviews, however I feel like i need to give this company the credit they are due! They have gone above and beyond from the very start of our conversations and my google request, to my clean!. I found the cleaning done good, but unfortunately the man that came took my oven door off and couldn’t replace it after many attempts to replace it. I did get annoyed as l did say to him NOT to take the door off in the first place. He also broke a piece on the door. He had to get in touch with a company to come out and repair and replace the door. Now after having my oven door replaced it still does not work properly. I have to push the door very hard to get it to ignite. I have now had the engineer out twice and it will take another visit ( hopefully) to get repaired.F and N cleaning solutions have refused to get my oven to the working order it was in before he removed the door, but had he not removed my oven door l wouldn’t be in the situation l am in now. I have got to pay another £71-51 to get my oven in proper working order on top of what l have already paid. My husband and l are both pensioners and are finding it hard to cope with extras like this. I donot recommend this company as trying to impress customers but not actually knowing how to achieve the job in hand. Is definitely not impressive. But is expensive. More...

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry you feel this way but I would just like to clear a few things up. To begin with we had reduced the cost for you the total cost of the job should have been £100 but reduced it for you to £70 giving you a £30 discount, had he not having taken the door off to clean it properly you would have been unhappy with the service - also your exact words were I was so pleased with his cleaning the oven looks like new. Unfortunately accidents happen and on this occasion the door did break but we went above and beyond to get this sorted for you putting us out of pocket to get the issue rectified we paid £61 for the part to fix the door and £95 to NAC to come out and fit it properly and insure it against the same fault for 3 months with no additional cost to you You then contacted us to tell us that there still was an issue and that NAC have to come back out which we arranged for you, following the second visit, they advised you the issue was the door switch which is connected to the actual oven not the door and is where the issue was probably coming from. We called NAC who told us what the issue was and sent us a report, after reading the report it stated that after they fitted the door it was in fully working order and the door switch is a mechanical error which has nothing to do with us, at no point have we refused to correct the issue with the oven door. We simply advised that as it is a mechanical fault and not an issue we caused we can’t pay out for it to get it fixed as we have done all we can to get the issue with the oven door fixed. Got a cleaning service from this company. Natalie was very friendly, responsive, reliable and flexed to accommodate my needs. She turned up promptly to assess the work that needed doing to give an accurate quote! She cleaned my property, including the carpet to a high standard.
