Chris is great to work with due to his easygoing personality and strong knowledge of the housing market. He was able to get me a mortgage in principle and advise what mortgage product would best suit me and my partner.
To get our mortgage approved, we had some hurdles along the way as the lender was not able to find details about me, and the council I was looking to reside in had problems sharing data with the lender (indemnity insurance needed).
Despite this, Chris was able to keep headstrong and chased up the right people to get this deal done. He communicated well to us throughout the whole process.

What do you love most about your job?
I love talking to people and understanding their needs through listening. Buying a house is one of the most emotional experiences in life and the UK house buying system is slow and cumbersome. Making customers feel appreciated for the business they give me is more important than just doing the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like most people poor service form other providers made it easy to slot in and take on a self employed role. Service is everything in any job. If you are honest and hard working people migrate to you.
It is hard work and very stressful but well worth it when you get a good review or a thank you email.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love home ownership. Home ownership is not a right, it is a responsibility. Just like having children. In my experience if someone has worked hard to save a deposit and they can afford the repayments they should have their own home.
I have loads of experience and am I customer focused. Even when the cases are tough and there is little hope of a mortgage, if I can see a plan for the future I will keep in touch and make their home ownership dream come true.
