Totally unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT USE THEM for anything important like end of tenancy cleaning. Now my tenant has to move in next week instead of this week because this company ‘Excellent 247 professional cleaners’ are a total waste of time

I booked with them 2 weeks in advance and I confirmed the booking 2 days before. The night before the called me and changed the time, then they messaged me at 5am telling me it’s been canceled. They pressure you to pay before the work has been completed but as soon as you pay they do not do the work - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - Unreliable and Unprofessional. More...
