Choosing a wedding photographer is such an important thing to get right and Mark makes that process super easy. Even though he hadn’t shot at our venue for a few years, he was still more than happy to show us pictures that he had taken at the venue to allow us to get a feel for his work, which was something that other photographers I had enquired with were not willing to do (including the venues recommended photographer). From start to finish Mark was absolutely brilliant and understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding photos! He took the most beautiful portraits, and has an incredible eye for photos of the venue and decorations. Mark was so easy to work with on the day, he knew that we wanted mostly candid photos of us and our guests so was completely non-intrusive but open to any photos that we or our guests wanted to take. He's so friendly and easygoing, and made the whole experience of having our private photos taken really fun and enjoyable, despite the fact that my husband and I aren't great at being the centre of attention. He knows the venue inside out and where and when the best places are for beautiful photos. Mark was truly amazing, he managed to capture our day perfectly. His relaxed, no pressure approach worked really well for us, as this helped us relax for those beautiful natural photographs. He understood the little things that were important to us, like being by the sea so he took us for a short drive to the beach which was a lovely touch. If you are in doubt about who to book for your special day…then do not hesitate, and look no further than Evolve photography. Absolutely phenomenal photographer! As a plus size bride, I was exceptionally nervous (understatement!) for the photos, but I need not have worried. We have just received 256 sample photos (we’ll receive the rest in a few weeks) and I’m absolutely stunned with what a fantastic job Mark has done. From the moment we enquired with Mark about him being our photographer, we knew we’d chosen the right guy. So down to earth and relaxed, whilst also completely professional. the whole process was made clear and easy, and he even arranged a zoom call a couple of weeks prior to the wedding, to catch up with us and ensure he had all the information about group photos etc that he needed, as well as to check if we needed to ask anything. During the day, we had hired Mark for 10 hours, and he made the day seamless! He blended in with the guest so effortlessly, capturing some wonderful moments, and always seeming to be in the right place at the right time. Mark photographed our wedding on May 18th 2025 at Rockbeare Manor. We cannot thank and recommend Mark enough. We found Mark so easy to get along with in the build up to the wedding, and he totally understood what we were looking for on the day and made sure that he fully understood our wishes. On the day Mark worked closely with the Rockbeare team, and his easy going attitude kept us all calm on what was obviously a very nervous day. Mark was recommended to us by our venue Rockbeare Manor and we were so pleased he was available on our wedding date. From the beginning Mark was very warm and made us feel at complete ease. He spent some time with us before the wedding to get a feel for what we wanted out of our day. As for the day it self, Mark just fitted in perfectly, he knew the venue so well that he just got on with it, never needing to take me or my husband away to ask questions etc - he just knew what he was doing. He is non-intrusive and warm, which was a pleasure for us and took away nerves/stress about the photos. Mark works a long side Tristan Adams Videography often, and I would definitely recommend booking them together, as they bounce of each other and work together in such tandem. They were a great team. Mark is the most lovely guy and such an amazing photographer! We booked him as our wedding photographer as I loved the look of his pictures online and he has been brilliant since booking. He was very easy to contact, very laid back and friendly. He even arrived early on the day to make sure he got all the pictures we wanted - nothing was too much for him. Absolutely brilliant experience with Mark from start to finish for our wedding at Ash Barton. The zoom chat was a really nice way to get to know each other and we appreciated the preference form which made us work out what we actually wanted! On the day Mark and Tristan were fab... friendly and relaxed whilst also being complete pros! We didn't want photos to be a big thing on the day, and they both just melted into the day perfectly whilst still capturing everything... just perfect for our relaxed wedding. Communication was great throughout, the turnaround on the photos was really fast, and having a second photographer meant that all special moments were captured from two perspectives which actually made a big difference. We’d heard about Evolve Photography through our wedding venue and decided to book as Mark knows our venue very well, having been there many times. Having not heard of Evolve before, I was slightly skeptical as all our other friends had a different photographer for their weddings, however going with Mark was absolutely the best decision we could have made. Mark made us feel at ease throughout the whole day, which we are very grateful for, even during the chaos of myself getting ready. We feel so lucky to look through our photos and relive each moment, even the little moments we forgot about ourselves! A few of them emailed constantly and didn't give me room to breath and look through pictures of their work.
