What do you love most about your job?
Everlife (Swindon) are passionate about assisting people to remain at home and independent. We train all our staff in house and carry out regular reviews to ensure we are providing the right care. Our carers are just as passionate about care as we are and they receive regular refresher training to ensure they are maintaining both their own knowledge but more importantly our own high quality care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Everlife (Swindon) have been providing high quality care for over 20 years and we have adapted and embraced new technologies to ensure we can provide the best care to our customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to provide the highest quality care and work with our customers and their relatives/advocates to ensure we are always providing the right care. We use an electronic care planning system, which lets our customers and their relatives/advocates (with prior consent) access our care records so they can see exactly what our carers did on any particular visit. Some providers charge for this service, but Everlife (Swindon) offer this service free of charge.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all national and local guidance on infection prevention and control and have done since the start of the pandemic. All our staff have personal protective equipment supplied by Everlife.
Domiciliary Care
We offer a care at home service. We offer visits from 1/2 hour to 24 hour live in care. We can provide single visits or multiple visits per day/week. We try to keep the number of carers visiting you to a minimum and try to have the same carer visit you each visit.
