Professional attitude and did a good all round job

Tatiana cleans my house once a fortnight and is absolutely brilliant. She is trustworthy and does a stellar job each time. She leaves lovely finishing touches and it is such a pleasure coming home after she has been!

Lukasz attends once a month to clean my windows and also does a great job. My house is a mid terrace with no rear access, but he is able to bring his portable equipment through the house to the back with no mess.

Very friendly courteous and professional and more important Lukas does a great job with our windows and doors much better than our previous window cleaners, with our upvc also looking a lot better

I haven’t had a cleaner before and was recommended Tatiana by a friend and so glad I got her advice, she is fantastic! Tatiana is professional, very thorough and has her little touches that make her unique, she turns my towels into swans! Tatiana is very flexible and gives you plenty of notice of dates or times if needing to be changed and vice versa if I need to change dates or times. She is such a lovely person, very approachable and a joy to chat to. I don’t know how she does it, but with my products she makes my home smell amazing! Tatiana has been cleaning our appartement (duplex, 3 bedrooms /2 bathrooms) for several years. She’s very trustworthy and friendly, and is very careful and thorough. Our flat has a mix of tiles, carpet and wooden flooring and so cleaning is done in slightly different ways on each surface. She’s got her own key and comes in whilst we’re at work, it’s absolutely amazing to come home to a clean space! She’s also helped us with ironing previously too, she’s much better and faster than I am with shirts and other items that crease easily. I’d highly recommend her! More...

After deciding I wanted to hire a cleaner I spoke to a neighbour and asked if they would reccomend their lady and she said "To be honest, no. ..." Not even to save face would she reccomend her! So, I decided to look elsewhere and that's where I found Tatiana :)

She responded to my message very quickly and we arranged a time for her to come round to check out the house so she could provide an estimate on how long it would take to clean (between 2 and 3 hours fortnightly at £13 ph). I had such a good feeling about her that I had no hesitation in giving her my spare key and hiring on the spot!

I was so excited to come home from work after the first clean - the house looked amazing and so different! Everything was in its place neatly put away, the dust that plagued all of our picture frames was gone, the floor was spotless and smelled great and the *best* thing was the attention to detail like making swans out of the hand towels on our beds and folding the toilet paper hotel style. Love love LOVE!

So now when people ask for reccomendations (or even when the conversation doesn't come up....) I say Tatiana is the best thing to have happened to our household and I reccomend her highly.
