We will proceed to get plans drafted and liaise with the client that everything is up to there specification.
We will notify the appropriate authorities of our intentions and we will then set a date to commence the works.
Our team are all in house, so that speeds up the process and we shall then proceed to carry out the works to plan and specification until the works are completed and the client is happy
How long have you been in business?
I have been in business in Dorset since 1999 initially self employed carrying out a variation of building trades. then i progressed to being the director of emerald builders in 2021

We will always guarantee our works for a year after completion and we use the best materials in the market and they come with manufacturers guarantees that last longer
