Elsie's Help at Home are amazing. The care and attention our father received was excellent. The staff were friendly and caring and easy to talk to for help and advice and they contacted us if there were any issues that needed attention.

My job is rewarding, I assist people to live as independently as possible at home ensuring that all their needs are met. I meet amazing people that I learn from, no two days are ever the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I find it extremely rewarding delivering high standards of support which enables people to remain in their own homes.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been working in health and social care since 2009. Working with people gives me the satisfaction of knowing my hard work and dedication is supporting people to remain independent and at home - whatever challenges they may face.

Our services are delivered to people in their own homes. We can also accompany and support them out and about in the community.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We strictly adhere to all the latest safety guidance.
Daily Living Support
Assistance with everyday tasks can make such a difference to quality of life. A little help - from a few hours per week right up to 24 hour or live-in support can help you to feel safe and happy in your own home.
Domestic support
Support with domestic tasks at home, this can be from 1 hour per week upwards.
Personal care
Personal care tasks can include, but are not limited to:
* Support to shower/bath or have a strip wash
* Continence support
* Oral hygiene
* Dressing and undressing.
* Catheter care
Medication
Our staff will support you with all aspects of managing your medication at home.
Nutrition
Our staff will support you to prepare and cook your meals at home to ensure that you maintain your health and well-being.
Companionship
Maybe you would like some company, our staff will pop in and provide you the company that you need to maintain your well being at home.
Community support
If you need support yo access your local community to meet friends, attend appointments or to get some fresh air, then our staff will be able to assist you.
