We are passionate about our work, and the ability to bring a smile to people's faces and make a difference by assisting individuals in meeting their daily needs is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over a decade of experience in health and social care, we have grown from a support worker to obtaining a degree in health and social care management and a nursing degree. We have ample experience in the field, Our passion for caring for people and understanding their unique needs has empowered us to take the initiative to start our own company Elmich Care, which has been in operation for many years.

Our staff members are highly trained and deliver personalised care that focuses on meeting individual needs. At the core of our approach is putting the individual at the centre of everything we do. Our attentive staff pays close attention to every detail and our team is nurse-led.

Our services primarily involve direct care contact, unfortunately, remote services are not available.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that all of our staff members use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. We have an ample supply of PPE readily available for our staff to use.
Home care services
Home Care:
A personalised care service provided in the comfort of your home, which includes personal care, Medication administration, Meal preparation & feeding, Housekeeping, Respite at-home care,
Day sits, overnight care, live-in care, and support with hospital appointments and GP visits.
Complex Care:
Our established nurse-led home care services provide support to people of all age groups, meaning
they can stay in the comfort of their own home, which includes Dementia care, Complex needs care, Neurological care, and Palliative care.
Our other services include;
Learning or physical disabilities, Supported Living and Mental Health
Support.
