If I could give lower than a 1* I would. We live below one of Elites tenants and the last 3 years have made more than a handful of complaints about their tennants including photo evidence only to be ignored more than once. They are absolutely disgusting and unprofessional in every way possible. Having many aquateinces in the letting agent profession I hear that how Elite are acting is the worst ever. After out first complaint they should have written to their remnants but failed to do so. Then emailing me lies basically. I sent a complaint about their remnants only for them to tell me that their tenant was not in but on holiday so I then sent them a photo of my tenant and they soon went back on their statement. I've since made several more complaints from September 2018 only to not receive any emails back. I'm now sending all the emails and lack of responses to my landlord and he can then take it higher. What do you love most about your job?
We pride ourselves on our communication skills with both tenants and Landlords. We love seeing happy tenants and happy Landlords as a result of our dedication and hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Basically we felt we could do a much better job than the other agents. We didn't like silly ad on costs, mark up on contractor works and ridiculous long winded contracts that simply confused people. We felt the need to be open and accessible at all times providing the very best service.

Both, we have the latest systems installed including our fabulous HIHI system meaning we are available wherever we may be and that information can be sent either from the office or remotely in a secure fashion.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a Health and Safety Executive approved work practice ensuring we are committed to best practice when on viewings, inspections and when taking on properties. All staff have face masks and gloves and sanitisers with them. We follow the Covid 19 rules to the letter of the law thus giving tenants and Landlords complete confidence in our processes.
