I’ve been using this cleaning team for quite some time now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about their work.
They have consistently gone above and beyond in every single property they clean for me — and that’s saying a lot considering I manage multiple Airbnb properties, my own home, and both of my parents’ homes. Their level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail is truly unmatched.
For my Airbnbs:
The quality of the cleaning is absolutely critical to maintaining 5-star ratings and happy guests — and this team delivers every single time. They are extremely thorough, ensuring that every corner is spotless, beds are perfectly made, bathrooms gleam, and kitchens are guest-ready. Not only do they clean meticulously, but they also take initiative — reporting any damage, restocking basic supplies if needed, and helping to maintain a consistent, welcoming atmosphere for each turnover. They understand the urgency and fast-paced nature of Airbnb turnovers and always arrive on time and finish efficiently without cutting corners.
For my personal home:
I trust them entirely. They are respectful, discreet, and treat my home with the same care they would their own. It’s such a relief coming back to a sparkling clean space where everything is fresh, tidy, and organised — they even take care of little extras like folding laundry and putting another load in, and leaving everything smelling amazing. It’s like walking into a brand-new home every time.
For my parents’ homes:
They clean both of my parents’ houses regularly, and my parents have both commented on how polite, kind, and detail-oriented the cleaners are. They are very sensitive to working in homes where the residents are older and always ensure everything is clean, safe, and comfortable without being disruptive. It’s been such a blessing knowing my family is being taken care of so well.

I recently had a full clean carried out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team did an absolutely brilliant job from start to finish.
They deep-cleaned my carpets, leaving them looking fresh and good as new. The windows were spotless, inside and out – crystal clear with no smudges or streaks in sight. They also gave all my stainless steel surfaces a thorough clean and polish, bringing back their shine beautifully.
What really stood out, though, was the work they did in the outbuilding/garage. It was in quite a state with signs of mice
(droppings and all), but they tackled it head on. They cleaned it thoroughly, removed all traces of mess, and left the space hygienic and usable again.
The team was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality clean. Truly top-notch work

House Cleaning
Unfortunately, the cleaning service I received from Elite chores was extremely poor. I booked an end of tenancy clean with them for 12:00 and the cleaner did not arrive.
I was then assured by the business owners that someone would still come to complete the clean and was told someone would arrive at 16:00. This was then changed to 20:00 and nobody then arrived until around 21:00. I was offered a clean the next day but, due to the limited time before the flat had to be vacated, I opted to have the clean done that day as planned. I decided this as I was repeatedly assured the clean would still be completed to a high standard regardless. Sadly this was not the case.
The flat was left in an unacceptable state after the clean was supposedly completed. Many surfaces were still covered in dust, cobwebs had not been removed, there were hairs in the shower, the toilet had not been cleaned, mirrors and windows were smudged, and there was crumbs and dirt in the kitchen. Overall the flat looked no different than when we had left the day before, despite paying £250 for a professional end of tenancy clean based on a clear itemised list of cleaning tasks that were agreed upon in advance. Nobody contacted me to let me know the cleaning had not been completed and I only discovered this when I stopped by the flat on our final day to check over the place before dropping off my keys. I contacted Elite Chores and they were apologetic and reasonable and ultimately did refund me the full cost of the clean and offered me a discount on future cleans. However, I did then have to spend 9 hours with my partner cleaning the flat ourselves to get it to a decent standard to avoid being charged by my letting agent.
I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Elite Chores and I am saddened to have had to write such a negative review, as I am usually not one to complain.

I have had deep cleans and garden maintenance, also recently found out they can come to my home feed and take my dog walks when I'm away for a couple days,i will definitelybe using this extra service. This company is fantastic and I've been telling all my friends and family to book in too! Love that I can book online and don't need to go through quotes and visits for quotes, all staff that I've encountered have been friendly and go above and beyond, wouldn't use anyone else now.
