How long have you been in business?
Eland Social Care Training Ltd has been in business since 2017 and was providing training for staff in the health and social care. Last year we decided to expand to provide services in live in care and cleaning. Our staff are well training in the infection and control and safeguarding clients in their own homes. We follow are company policies which stipulate how we conduct business with clients and how to adhere to the policy of Equal opportunity and duty of care to our valuable clients.
All our staff are trained in prevention of infection and control and have been Covid19 tested and have been DBS checked.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
When providing services for Domestic cleaning, Office cleaning, Residential cleaning, Janitor services we use supplies provided by the client and we only provide our staff with PPE. For After party cleaning we provide the equipment and supplies for use .
What do you love most about your job?
What l love most about this job is that by meeting people who come from different backgrounds one gets knowledge of how they like to be treated ,their culture and how they would like you to provide the service which would meet their standard of expectation. It's flexible and one can always communicate with the client and agree on day and time for service to be provided and hours to work are flexible as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
i was inspired to start my own business was that l longer could be able to work rota hours when my son who has a disability needed more care than ever thus l found it better to start my own company and work flexible at the same time being able to care for my son and gain money from my business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose our company for with us no job is too small and we work to meet client's satisfaction. Our staff are fully trained and are tactful on the job, they may need supervision but their able to use their own initiatives.
