About

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP (MBACP Accred). I offer face-to-face and online counselling.

I worked for Wycombe Counselling Service/Bucks Mind for fourteen years. I also worked in the NHS as a nurse for over thirty years and have experience in providing counselling in an NHS setting.

I work with individuals and couples who may present with some of the issues listed, however, some clients seek counselling for simply feeling adrift or unhappy with their lives. You may feel directionless, inauthentic, or simple fed up. Whatever you want to talk about I will endeavour to create a warm, welcoming and facilitative environment. To enable you to gain a new perspective on your problems and move forward.

I also work with clients with a history of trauma and offer somatic therapy, breathwork, psychoeducation and meditation for clients who wish to work in a more embodied way for emotional regulation.

I have an autistic informed and trauma informed practice.

I also work with couples who are experiencing difficulties and have relationship issues that they would like to explore in counselling.

I now have a private practice based in North Norfolk near Sheringham.

Should you decide to contact me I will offer you an initial appointment for twenty minutes free of charge to see if you would like to work with me.

After that, the sessions will be weekly for one hour. Short-term and long-term counselling are available depending on your own individual needs.

For individual face-to-face counselling/remote counselling -£45/hr
For couples counselling face-to-face/remote counselling - £60/hr



Online counselling via video call using Zoom or WhatsApp for clients who may have difficulties attending face-to-face counselling or for those who live outside the North Norfolk area.
