Q&As

The planning system can be complex to those who are unfamiliar with it. I enjoy demystifying the process for clients and helping them find the most cost effective route to achieving their objectives.

The opportunity to have a one-to-one working relationship with clients and to ensure that I am able to offer a professional service that is adapted to meet their individual project requirements.

With over 30 years working in the planning and development field, 10 years post professional qualification, combined with over 15 years local government experience including leading one of the UK's largest non-unitary authorities, I have the knowledge skills & experience to help clients meet their project objectives.

I am able to facilitate remoted meetings via Zoom or Google Meet where preferred by clients.

I can facilitate virtual meetings where requested and attend unaccompanied site meeting where required.
