The quote was completed in good time and the installation ran like clockwork. The team of installers on the day were prompt, polite and super tidy - they made sure they left the property in pristine condition. Mike and the team have just finished a front and rear garden install of the 52mm ultra grass. We had a slope on our rear lawn with lots of pits and hollows but Mike was determined to get everything looking right and the end result was far more than we had expected. . We are over the moon with the end result. From the initial meeting with Maria, the whole team are polite, professional and leave the place immaculate. We've recently had the 52mm ultra artificial grass fitted and it's amazing. We have 2 labradoodles and before this was fitted, it was an absolute nightmare to keep the surrounding decking clean. Now it's a dream, no mess and the dogs love to play and relax on our new lawn. The photos attached doesn't do it the justice it deserves, it really is that good. We have three big golden retrievers who love to dig, we were sceptical with animals about artificial grass but literally this has been one of the best decisions we have ever made! Absolutely ridiculously delighted with the artificial grass we have had supplied and fitted by Ecograss. I had been researching having it done for a couple of months and contacted a number of companies. Maria at Ecograss always replied to me asap and answered any questions I had. I really liked that they used granite dust as a base layer on top of the MOT type 1 compared to others that were using sharp sand in their process. Ecograss’s quote was also miles better than competitors. We chose their top of the range 52mm ultra grass and booked in. The skip and aggregates arrived the day before and the guys came to do the work the following day. Their attention to detail and the fact they kept everywhere absolutely spotless was superb. They were such nice guys and worked super hard. The end product speaks for itself, our garden is no longer a clay bog and we can finally enjoy the garden again. Had so many comments from friends and neighbours about how good it looks. Genuinely I have proper OCD when it comes to jobs like this and research companies for ages before hand. I had an Absolute nightmare with this company. I used Ecograss because of the guarantee they offered. Soon after fitting the grass started to move and sink. We are now several years down the line and the "lawn" has huge dips, major drainage problems and has peeled away at the edges. Because it cost me thousands of pounds to have this mess installed I've had to live with it until I can have the whole garden redone. Contacted the company many times and they would deny all knowledge of previous emails and wouldn't honour their guarantee and repair the damage. Absolutely disgusting service from this company. A friend recommended Ecograss to me and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. Maria provided a quote and even made the time to pop round and see us (and our garden! ) so we could have a look at a sample of the different grasses available. The work was booked in and the team arrived promptly on the morning as arranged. As someone who lives in a new build and has had a lot of tradespeople round this was a breath of fresh air in itself! The work was done thoroughly but in a timely manner and the area was cleaned down afterwards. What inspired you to start your own business?
We used to install artificial grass for many years in Cyprus however we decided to return to the UK in 2012 and set up here due to getting homesick (yes we might be a little crazy haha)
