Making sure there is easy access for emergency exit if needed. And also that its easy access for anyone with disabilities,and most of all it’s structurally safe to adapt to be habitual.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The height & pitch of there roof to make sure there’s enough head roof available to convert,also that there is enough space below to accommodate new staircase to obviously access new loft conversion with enough head clearance & easy access to exit incase of emergency.

All my work comes with a 20yr guarantee labour & only materials supplied by ourselves. Doesn’t include appliances fixtures or fittings. Any minor repairs 6months but not fully guaranteed.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Distancing & obviously if im installing solar pv on people’s roofs. I honestly don’t think they would want to come up on the roof with myself & the panels,come rain or shine.
