We are a newly established, family run domiciliary care agency that has recently acquired CQC registration. I have 15 years experience working with-in the NHS, but want to be able to provide a truly person-centred and compassionate care and support service to enable people to remain living in the comfort of their own home.

Home & Domiciliary Care
We have only been with East Coast Care for two weeks but already I have been impressed with their conscientiousness and personal caring approach. I hope to continue to use their services well into the future. More...
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide excellent standards of care and ensure people get to remain in the comfort of their own homes, safely and for as long as possible...There's no place like home!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husbands Nanna was our world, and seeing the care she received inspired me to create a business where I could ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care and support in the community. She wanted to remain in her home for the rest of her life, and having the correct care and support in place enabled her to achieve this. I want to provide a service that supports and advocates for people to remain in their homes, maintain their independence and respect their dignity and choice.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a family run business, we can provide a truly person-centred, kind and compassionate service. Care and support packages are created by the person and their loved ones to ensure that every detail is included. Our carers are recruited because they truly love what they do, and share our vision to treat every client like they would expect their own family to be treated. They are highly trained and skilled and will respect the clients dignity and support them to maintain an independent life at home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our infection Control policies and procedures as well as the training we provide for our care staff will ensure that they always carry out care and support safely. PPE will be provided and training given to ensure the safety of our clients and their loved ones from Covid-19. I worked on the intensive care unit through both waves of the pandemic, so have an excellent knowledge and understanding of how to ensure people are protected.,
