Not a cheap thing to do but seeing my small garden now its looks bigger and brighter. They gave me a called 30 mins before arrival which I asked for. Felt like their was good attention to detail, also went above and beyond to empty my old plant pots so I can repot them next summer as trimmed my hedge and took it all away. Mason my first contact at Easigrass was great, efficient and very helpful from sending out samples, to providing a quote and all the way through to fitting and aftercare. Ben came and did a site survey informing me of what to expect on the day and then on the day everything ran smoothly and was exactly as described by everyone that I made contact with. The one thing that stands out for me was the EASE with which Easigrass handled everything. From the on site visit by Ben to the post installation customer care by Racquel. I am an enthusiastic DIY person so have a fair understanding of how things should be done. For the larger jobs that require heavier equipment you simply have to call in the professionals. In this case I am very pleased I chose Easigrass. They explain everything in detail where necessary and their installation was extremely efficient. Product: Good : it’s artificial grass. Service: Beyond appalling Recommended Installer: Unprofessional, Unhelpful and Unreliable. This review is for Easigrass Northern Ireland. Installer: Antrim, Armagh and Down district. Suggest: Buy the product and get your own installer. Contacted this company 5th April 2024. Job completed 15th August, 51 hours work. Absolutely appalling service. All communications initiated by me, the customer, for four months in an effort to get the job completed. Plenty of communication from Easigrass NI and their recommended installer when looking for payment four months later but none when I was trying to get the job completed. How embarrassing Easigrass Northern Ireland. I contacted the MD in the London Head Office, the NI franchise office and the UK online complaint contact, when the installer walked off mid job, NO RESPONSE. FYI: The web designers do not do installations. Expectation created on the website does not match the customer experience. If you have low expectations of service, are happy to be treated poorly, don’t mind giving your hard earned monies away without question, then this is the franchise to deal with. Used Easigrass for a large area in my back garden. Being such a large company I expected everything to go smoothly. The day before they were due to arrive I hadn't heard from them. I had no idea what time theh were coming, if I needed to be home, what access they needed. So I contacted them and they did reply. I didn't feel I should have had to chase them. They arrived, granted the weather was awful for the most part of the job and theh did get it done. But the mess they made was horrendous. It took me 3 hours to clean it up. The street was left in such a mess I had to pressure wash it, alongside my garden, empty my hot tub because sand had been blown everywhere. I just had a patio laid and I never had any mess that wasn't dealt with by the installer. I contacted easigrass... they didn't offer to come and sort it. Whilst laying the grass, they also laid grass over patio slavs which meant my children couldn't open their playhouse door. When I contacted Easigrass, they said they wouldn't deal with it. When I explained actually this wasn't part of the job I booked, they came and dealt with it on the second attempt, after failing to keep the original appointment. Finally, a month down the line, I had a knock at the door this morning from a local plant company who Easi grass contracted to remove the rubbish etc. They haven't been paid by Easigrass. Over £7.5k Easigrass had from me and they cannot be bothered to pay their contractors! I did not appreciate the intrusion or feeling stuck in the middle of this! In all honesty, find a small local company to lay your grass. I've got video footage from my cctv of a member of their staff sitting all over my garden furniture with his feet up, picking his nose, and in all honesty the hassle is not worth it for their massive price tag. I've found local small businesses care about their name and reputation. Easigrass couldn't care less, they just roll onto the next massive job with their hand out for payment. More...

These are the questions asked by trust pilot. To ensure comments have a structure and follow a pattern. What went wrong this time? How can the company improve? What went wrong? Canberra which I think is one of Express Grass better grades £27.99m². I ordered based on the quality description in the company’s website. “High blade height whilst maintaining a low cost. Once brushed gives the natural looking randomness of real grass.” It is a not good quality. The product is thin, very thin. In the way an old person generally has very thin hair compared to a teenager. I was not expecting my delivery to be the old man grage. I asked several people for their thoughts. It looks and feels like a very cheap product. Compared to a supplier local ( Putney London) from whom I have not got some artificial grass sample. There is no comparison. Their grass is thick. It feels luxury. To use the hair Analogy. Vibrant, Young with many years of life ahead. I am returning my grass to express grass. I am unhappy at the waste of money 25% recutting and the delivery cost. The difference in price is soon forgotten but the good quality will be there for years. Make sure you get a sample from Express Grass. And get some samples from some of the others. The other company from whom I am now buying is EasiGrass. How can the company improve? Honestly, I do not know. Delivery: Excellent faster than expected. Refund retention: Excellent. They are very good at not returning my deposit. Arguing that a 2” X 2“square cut from one corner ruins the entire order so no refund. Quality: Terrible. Goven that this is one of their top brands It is thin in the way an old man has balding hair and a teenager has not. Price: £27.99 M² For this price I assumed it was a match for the best quality about. I bought it at a discount. Maybe all their sales are discount. But again: Absolutely not. Why not buy again. For less money I can buy from a company who have a shop in Putney and whose quality for slightly less is massively superior. In a year or less we will all have forgotten the price we paid but with the Putney quality I will still have the best. With Easigrass I will have the worst. I am sure I cannot say the name of the company who have a shop in Putney. They were almost the first company selling artificial grass. Do not use Easigrass. Use the Putney company and you will still be happy in 10 years Question not asked by Trust Pilot. How can I the customer improve. Research the product in detail. Make sure you get a sample. Do not pay attention to the photos. See if you can see some laid. If you do not have time for this then it’s your fault. Notwithstanding that money is important but, in most instances, buying quality may not be much more expensive and will stand the test of time. More...

Due to soil conditions (heavy London clay), light conditions (Shaded by buildings and trees) and two greyhounds, artificial grass looked like the best option for our lawn.
