Easigrass Essex has just completed an artificial grass installation to my front and back gardens. Everything from start to finish was an excellent service. Cassie and Diane at the office responded very promptly and politely to my initial enquiry, and subsequent query. Cassie quickly arranged for David to provide the no obligation survey and quote, that I'd requested. He explained the whole process to me and provided grass samples and quotes on the spot. David was very polite, friendly and professional. I received the written quotations the same day, and my installation was arranged by Cassie for just 10 days later. Herbie and his team arrived promptly each day, and were also very polite, friendly and professional. All of them worked extremely hard throughout the day, and always left everything clean and tidy before leaving. There was a complete wash down of the gardens and surrounding areas on the final day. The finished results has given me immaculate looking grass, totally transforming the mudbath that I presented to David initially. My neighbours have commented on how careful and tidy the team were, and my young dog is also very happy with his new garden! We recently moved to a new build property and the garden , grass although ok wasnt brilliant and now the weather has changed our 2 dogs were quickly turning it into a mud bath with patches and no grass in areas, not to mention the mess indoors David the sales advisor recommended leveling up in areas using sleepers and advise on which grass would work well so we went with the pet friendly grass. It was my nephews suggestion to contact Easigrass as 6 months new owners of a Labrador puppy quickly destroyed our tiny, but previously perfect lawn. With winter setting in and after a rainy Autumn, it was obvious our carpets were in danger of suffering due to muddy paws. The Easigrass response to our initial enquiry was virtually immediate and an available installation date, 10 days away, was agreed on the same day of the survey. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and accommodating and we now have the most natural looking, and perfect lawn I have seen to date. Funny story! I met Dave the ‘Irish’ South African sales manager in Tesco Xpress car park in his little grass car and despite being off duty he chatted to me about the options for easi grass! Without exaggeration Easigrass is the best company I have ever dealt with. Everyone involved is thoroughly professional, patient, talented and good humoured. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used them twice. My garden is currently undergoing massive clearance and refiguring. In comparison with other companies involved in different aspects of the work, Easigrass has been a breath of fresh air. Simon and Fraser both undertook several site visits because of my prevarication - and it's a relatively small project as far as Easigrass is concerned. Their advice is always good and sincerely given. The fitters are superb and know exactly what they're doing. They are punctual, smart, work hard and with precision and without ever complaining until the job is complete and they leave everything clean and tidy - even the mess they didn't make! The people in the office are polite, friendly and efficient. The product is expensive but I am convinced it is the best, and Easigrass provides a lesson on how to run a successful business. Simon came over to measure up, showed us a number of samples, no sales pitch or pressure to buy. He explained the preparation and laying process and gave us a quote later the same day. We had our front garden fitted approx 2 weeks ago, the service from the beginning when we had our quotation was excellent. Fraser visited to show us samples and explain what could be done, we explained what our expectations were and everything we requested was accommodated. We had our quote emailed the same afternoon which was very prompt , and then visited the show room to see the available options on larger scale. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having seen the market place of Artificial Grass growing over the last 5 years, I wanted to be part of this growth, but wanted the best in the market place. Easigrass was that company and here we are now 5 years on and still growing the Essex Franchise business of Easigrass.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As you are aware the UK Government issued guidance on Monday 28th December 2020 stating the importance of staying at home to stop the spread of COVID-19. The company takes that guidance very seriously.
Under that guidance from Thursday 28th December 2020, individuals may only travel to and from work where their work absolutely cannot be done from home. Easigrass Essex is one of those companies who's job cannot be done from home.
Our role involves the fitting and installation of Easigrass. These operations, as you know are site specific, and cannot be conducted remotely at home.
This statement may be used as evidence if you are requested to produce it to any law enforcement authorities.
I want to assure all our customers that this authorisation has been discussd with all of our Sales, Office admin and Fitting employees as it is essential to the ongoing operation of our business.
Our Staff's attendance at work will be required, and will continue to adhere to the company’s procedures previously announced about COVID-19, including Lone Worker Policy, to summarise these include the following key points:
• Limit the number of occupants in vehicles to ensure government social distancing measures are being adhered to. Maintain good air circulation in the vehicle
• Maintain a 2-metre distance (social distance) between each employee, where applicable as well as clients
• Only enter the garden area from either the Rear, Front or Side gate areas. We are NOT permitted to gain access to a clients garden area through the house.
• Ensure frequent hand washing, especially on arrival, before meals, at the end of the day
• Consider staggering work shifts and break times to limit interaction of the fitting teams.
• Frequently clean with sanitiser all equipment and repeatedly touched surfaces, try to limit tools to individual employees. The team leader of every fitting team to oversee this is taking place.

We provide a free, no obligation survey of your garden area/s. We will provide samples and discuss the Ranges of grasses we offer and advise what may be the best range for your garden area and usages.
A full garden survey will take place by one of our experienced sales representatives and a full quotation and scale of works will be sent via email on the same day! Supply Only:
If you looking for a premium grass supply only company, then the award winning Easigrass Essex can assist you. Based at the Brentwood garden centre and Poplar Nursery in Marks Tey, we have the ranges of grass types on display. Orders take approximately 2-3 days for delivery.
