Full measured survey
We carry out a full measured survey of your property to enable me to produce a set of plans showing the existing property and I then use these to produce a set of plans showing the proposed changes and how your property will look after alteration.
Planning Applications
We will submit the Planning Application on your behalf; this includes completing all the forms and liaising with your Local Planning Authority to ensure a successful outcome.
Not every scheme will require Planning Permission and we will let you know the status of your proposals when we start to work together.
Building Regulations
We will submit the Building Regulations Application of your behalf. This includes preparing large-scale, dimensioned drawings with a full specification of works.
These will also be suitable for enabling Contractors to give you firm quotes for the works.
