I used EA2 to clean my property. They did the job very well, they are very professional and my State Agent were very happy and I can't fault them!

Where to start...
1. They rescheduled the cleaning on the morning of.
2. They missed a room and didn't clear the limescale in the bathroom toilet
3. The cleaner "accidentally" slipped my AirPod Pros into his pocket and only brought it back a few days later after I accused them of theft.
4. When I told them, they just brushed it off.

Initially had confidence
On the day the cleaning team arrived late and with very basic equipment.
In return this mean a very poorly done job. Due to this being an exit clean, I had little choice but to work with what was done and return that evening and clean a fair few areas myself.
They stated the carpet had too much “fluff and feathers on it” on it for the hoover, the hoover was evidently a cheap non professional bit of equipment, as I used my own hoover after they were done and all the pieces, fluff, small bits of dust around the edge were lifted and gone with one attempt Said they had gone over it lots, but was hard to lift it all, it would be hard if using rubbish equipment.
Many areas missed, surfaces had bits on it still and just overall not left with a professional clean feel.
Iv raised these points and most are being ignored and I’m being chased constantly for the payment.
In honesty I would not recommend using this company. More...

Worse service company I had to deal with in a long time.
Team of cleaners never turned up; only 1 person arrived at the agreed time. 5 hours after he started, most of the flat was left to do before the tenants arrived. We ended up doing it ourselves. When I called them, they would just not pickup the phone or lie saying the rest of the team was arriving. They never turned up.
If like me the idea of purchasing such service to make your life easier, do not use this company. And they would not even return my deposit after what they put us through. 100 Disgrace. More...
