What do you love most about your job?
The bonds we build with our clients. Even within these troubled times, our contactless shopping clients both leave and receive notes and are in regular contact with us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I employed carers for my own son and saw the difference in competence, enthusiasm and care. I believe that ALL of my clients should expect and receive the same level of care that I demanded for my own child. There are many companies who have a high turnover of undervalued staff and I believe happy staff equate to happy clients.

• All of our staff are highly experienced, fully trained, DBS checked, and we currently undergoing CQC registration.
• Care is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Your care is our first priority.
• We offer personalised tailored packages that suit your individual needs.
• We strive to help you to achieve and maintain your maximum independence.
• We aim to provide you with a maximum of two support workers for the duration of your care package. This is to ensure continuity of your care and care needs whilst building good relationships between staff and clients.
• We believe that there are no problems, only solutions that haven't yet been found.
• Our telephone lines for general enquiries are open from 8am to 6pm daily.
• Out of hour emergencies will be answered by on call staff on a telephone number provided in care pack.
