Diors brother came to look at our pump as we had no water coming out of our shower. Dior report d back that the pump was broken and needed replacing. Quoted a lot of money for a new pump but without giving any product details/brand and also quoted £340 for labour which he asked us to commit to before even quoting for the pump (I said no). We attended the property on a call-out basis to investigate the issue and charged £95 only, which covered attendance, investigation, and professional assessment. No first-hour labour charge was applied. During the visit, we explained the available options and made it clear that we could only supply and guarantee pumps and equipment that we have experience installing. The client chose not to proceed on that basis, which we fully respected. A call-out charge is payable for diagnosis and professional advice, regardless of whether the client proceeds with the recommended works or later obtains a different opinion. We always aim to act professionally, transparently, and in our clients’ best interests.

Dior came in for a problem with the dishwasher but ended up identifying another one involving the kitchen pipes. Replaced them all quickly and efficiently.

I can’t recommend Dior and his company highly enough. From the very beginning, his communication was excellent—he got in touch with me straight away and arranged an emergency appointment immediately. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite, and took the time to clearly explain what had happened in a way that was easy to understand.

He also completed the job I requested to an extremely high standard, which gave me real peace of mind. After a horrendous weekend dealing with a flooded house, his calm, supportive approach meant so much. He was incredibly reassuring and was even so sweet and kind to my daughter, which I truly appreciated.

I would absolutely book him again without hesitation and highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing a reliable, professional plumber. More...

Excellent experience! I had an emergency leak on a bank holiday Sunday and they came right away and sorted out the problem for me. It took a bit of work to figure out where the leak was coming from and they were able to figure out the most reasonable way of opening up the affected areas, and also did their best to make sure not to damage anything in the process. Second time using Dior. Had some pipework in the bathroom that needed doing , work was done well and left tidy. I am the landlord so not at property but Dior sends me photos showing what has been done & keeps me updated. Very happy with work.

Dior and his brother are very professional and take pride in their work, they fitted a new shower then the pressure pump started leaking which wasnt on the original list to be fixed but over the course of few days they resolved this.
