Sam was just amazing, the level of detail and work gone into making the most perfect playlist for us was outstanding.
Everyone we spoke to (even the older members!
) after the wedding wanted to compliment the music, a song for every generation! He even took repeated requests on the night with no worry at all.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The secret to keeping a party dancing all night long is getting the right balance of songs that are popular with songs that feed into the energy of the crowd. I generally like to play the ‘big hitters’ at the beginning of the night, this way, getting the attention of the crowd and keeping them on their toes. When playing at a wedding, I like to play the kinds of songs that get everyone from all ages up dancing especially the grandparents! Its paramount that I get the older people up dancing, not just the younger guests, cos hey, lets face it, the best music is the older music!
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I have an attractive style of playing because I only play the best parts of each song, mixing them in and out, keeping the energy going, rarely will you hear me play an entire song, unless its "I wanna dance with somebody" or "9-5!" I am versatile, easy going and no request is too much for me! I am experienced in moving from one genre to another, mixing them in together and keeping the crowd guessing and dancing. I like to make sure that people hear only the best music and get to hear their requests being played out.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating a space for the audience to absorb, get lost in and loose themselves to dance. I love reading the crowd and going with the energy that they are giving off. Music evokes such emotions in people, whether that be happy, sad, romance, I have the best job in the world because I can tap into these emotions and play the songs that bring out all the happiest feelings from music that people love.
