Just completed the 'You're not lazy, you're just stuck' online workshop with Flo, and I found it to be excellent.
Flo creates a professional and welcoming experience allowing space to be open and explore what is blocking you from achieving what you are looking to achieve, without feeling pressured.
Great advice and tips throughout, with tasks to work on and plenty of takeaways. Would definitely recommend!

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know my clients, their hopes and dreams. And most importantly, help them see how amazing they are and that they already possess all the answers. They are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming back from my first maternity leave, I knew I needed to do something more tangible and fulfilling. I needed to be able to say that I made a difference and find something that fills my cup.
After my very first coaching workshop I was hooked. Many more hours of coaching, being coached and training later I came to realise I wanted to help people currently underrepresented in the boardrooms of many industries.

Yes, I currently conduct video sessions only through GoogleMeet or Teams. More than happy to use another platform should it be your preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I conduct online only sessions, allowing everyone to remain in the comfort and safety of their own home.
