House had a lot of prep work done to our exterior walls and a lovely finish with brilliant white paint also had some parts of our inside back to damp brick and re plastered due to damp very hard working young men especial thanks to Ashley and mason

We were contacted by Diverse via email on 24th January 2025 to arrange an inspector to complete a damp assessment, after which i agreed to a Properla damp course installation on 6th February 2025. The work was completed by two installers who were late and not in a company van and disappeared during the day for a lengthy period. Subsequent attempts to contact Diverse to have the Properla damp course guarantee provided to us have been met with no replies to our emails and calls giving us concern on the validity of the damp course installation. Surveyor Toby was splendid he targeted the areas well and gave me clear advice and guidance , Danny and Alfie were also very helpful and carried out the works needed quickly and efficiently, many thanks to all the guys involved !

Would like to thank Daniel and Alfie for there hard work on our property over 4 days, replaced our old crumbled plaster and fitted a new damp course, really hard work and both a pleasure to deal with.

By all means, stay away from this company. Anthony Wright, Thomas Allen and James Walcott are fraudulent people. They do not have the skills required for this job. They have left my home in a total mess after doing a job haphazardly. They took huge monies off me and never completed their job properly. One month after, the damp in the areas they worked on is now worse than it was before they came in, the surface is messed up with massive salt deposits. I’ve tried to contact them severally through various means all to get this resolved but they all ended up blocking my number (very rude). They didn’t even provide a guarantee as agreed. From the time I contacted them to finishing the job everyone involved was brilliant. It was easy to contact them if I had any questions about the job. The surveyor who came to my home was very polite, he was so helpful when explaining everything and we felt no pressure to accept their deal. The work which we had done has been exceptional. The rain delayed them with the outside work but when they came back to finish the job it was 100%.
