What’s your signature dish?
We have lots of popular items such as our Brownies are freshly prepared Sausage rolls
right down to our Slow cooked Beef with Blackpudding mash with Carrot & horseradish puree
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have suggestions of what is most popular and works for clients we also love to hear what they enjoy so we can create a bespoke menu for them
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people enjoy the food and the service we create it is something I would love in my home or a venue I am throwing a party at
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of food & desire to take care of people is at the heart of what we do. There is nothing better than seeing the pure joy and excitement on a client's face when you produce something they could only dream of.
