Placed an order online on the 15th of march and never received it. After numerous unanswered emails and numerous phone calls, some answered and most not I have contacted trading standards. This shop needs to be forced to close as it has ‘stollen’ money from hundreds of customers who are being ‘ghosted’ from the staff. This is not acceptable. Theft is a crime. More...

Order placed 4 weeks ago and paid for straight away.. no sign of my delivery so I contacted the shop (they apparently were going to chase my order). I receive an email saying my order will be delivered to my house due to ‘problems with Royal Mail’.. and still nothing has arrived! Where is my order or refund?! More...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! After 4 visits over a two week period (each time being told the item would be in the next day) I then decided to order the item online 4th September. I received the delivery email on 17th September but no sign of my order. I have sent multiple emails with not one single response. so I called 27th September to be told they had been posted, and they would check and call be back, but no call back. Called again 4th October and was told that someone would drive them to my house on 5th October. but still no sign. It's now 9th October. I shall not be buying my uniform from you next year as reading the comments you obviously don't want people's custom. shocking service. More...

I ordered on 19th august and as of today 23rd September I haven’t received the goods! No one is answering the phone and only reply vis messenger message a to say someone would get back to me the next day which was on the 7th September and I’ve heard nothing! Absolutely appalling service after spending lots of money with the shop over the last 10 years. They blantantly lie about orders you have placed being despatched and then when spend money going into store to collect order and request refund for delivery charge as never delivered be told refund has been processed and invoice given to say refund given but hasn't. Absolute con artists. Will never buy again from these rip off merchants!!! More...
