Having tried the usual high street options for my kitchen replacement I was left disappointed with the level of service they offered after the design. Keith offered reassurance and delivered from start to finish an exemplary service. During the design he listened to my ideas and offered suggestions to improve. The fitting was completed by Tony who was punctual, helpful and made me feel like he valued the job he was doing. You are always worried when you take on such a big investment that you will make the wrong decision when selecting a company, I can honestly say I was not disappointed with any part of the service they provided and the support they showed to me throughout. We recently had our kitchen done, this involved relocating it to another room entirely. Keith managed the whole process & coordinated all the trades. The full works just two weeks, even with some extra work added in to make our old kitchen space usable again, a new radiator and additional lighting moves in our hallway and bedroom.The quote was transparent with clear breakdowns for each kitchen element and the individual trades which helped us keep track of everything. We sourced a few items ourselves which was no issue at all. Keith was patient and easy to work with, it took us a while to finalise our choices but we then felt confident in our decision. Excellent service and workmanship from start to finish with our superb new kitchen. Keith took the time ( and patience) to get the plans just how we wanted them. Every trade that came on site - brickies, plasterers, decorators, plumbers, electricians, floor layers- was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After being let down by 2 builders from another kitchen company, we cancelled our order. And my son found Dimension One - Kitchens and Bedrooms. Keith arrived on time. And did some plans for us. We was really happy with the design, and went ahead. Tony the kitchen fitter was excellent, they worked with us, and had to stop for a bit, because our floor was being layed. And worktops.
