How long have you been in business?
Diamond Home Support is a franchise and has been available since 2011. Diamond Home Support - Highlands has been operating since 2021.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We prefer to use the clients cleaning materials and equipment, as this allows us to keep prices down and reduces the risk of introducing potentially harmful pathogens into their home
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide a professional service to people living within the Highland Council and Moray Council areas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After living and working in the Highlands I could see the need for services. I decided to join Diamond Home Support as it offered the services that the Highlands need at an affordable price
Why should our clients choose you?
We do our best to meet the clients requirements. Our clients will have a regular cleaner to enable the cleaner and client to build up a good working relationship. Our cleaners will take their instructions from each client.

I work with self-employed workers who are vetted and insured by us for your peace of mind. These workers will provide the clients service and will live locally to the clients. But I work remotely and sign up workers and then find clients in their area.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We want all of our clients to feel safe and will adjust to Covid-19 / client needs as required.
