Professional, on time did what they said they would do. A lot more competitive than others I looked at. I dont think they are too cheap they make a good profit on what they do basis cost of the unit so are a sustainable business. Small business so perhaps do not have the overheads which reflects in the price, unless the others are overcharging to make a killing - dont know. DG have been absolutely wonderful throughout. Danny came and did a site survey and expained everything very clearly. The quote was very fair and when we had to put back the installation because of other building work, it was not a problem at all.
On the day of installation both Danny and Maisie were very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job.

Our air con unit was fitted today and so far we are very pleased with it. It does exactly what it says on tin and is a very useful piece of equipment to have to heat and cool our day room and conservatory.
Danny and the team arrived on time, were very thorough in the way they prepared to install the unit which they did in a professional and friendly manner.
They gave us a full explanation as to how the unit worked and instructions for its day to day operation and ongoing maintenance. If I need another unit fitted in the future, I will certainly be using this company again.
