Robbie guided us through what could be achieved whilst getting the best value for our budget. He took us through design, regulations, planning and several reviews until we arrived at a plan that gave us what we wanted and what we really needed too. He then remained a valuable point of contact throughout construction. His support has been responsive, reliable, reassuring and unstinting.

Almost everything can be done remotely if required. The only element of the process that would need to be done in person is the survey of the building.
