I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have never had any garden design advice before, but Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. She was very creative with her ideas for my tiny garden and happy to spend time explaining the various options and how the planting will provide colour and interest throughout the year. Worth every penny, I can’t wait for some warmer weather to arrive so I can sit in my lovely new garden and enjoy it ! Thanks Sarah ! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help clients get whats in their head down on paper and to bring a few ideas of my own to the design to create their dream outside space
What inspired you to start your own business?
During lockdown I closed my previous business to care for my terminally ill father. During this time I completed a HND in Garden Design with a mission to ensure that the ability to hire a professional is more easily and readily available to all. By offering a range of Garden design advice services,I can taylor my pricing to fit most budgets.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’m incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about my Job. As a relatively new designer I’m eager to prove myself within the industry so will guarantee I will go above and beyond to deliver you your vision.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Online unless you’re based in east Kent. I would send you a client questionnaire to complete to give me a clearer idea of the brief, then book in a 30min whats app video call for you walk me round your garden and brain storm ideas. After the call you’d send me photos of your garden. I would then do a rough initial draft, known as a bubble plan. If you like the ideas I would then transfer them to a scaled, detailed drawing known as a concept plan.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A
This, fortunately is no longer necessary however as the service is primarily online, this would not be an issue. If I were to be visiting clients in person and tested positive, I would inform them beforehand as they may be elderly or vulnerable. If they still wished for the meeting to go ahead, I would wear a mask, socially distance and not share objects such as pens/pencils etc.
