Amazing. I would have been lost without them. With mum coming out of hospital we had no idea of what to expect and how things would be.

The care team helped my family and mum and guided us through a difficult time: Mum is no longer with us but she did have a last remaining wish and that was to be at home as comfortable as possible. These guys made that possible.

These people have been my real life angels and I can’t recommend them enough! When I first saw the leaflet in the window and Chantelle popped out of the door inviting me in for a cup of tea I told her ‘I’m putting my trust in you, I’m taking a chance - please don’t let me down! ’ And it’s the best decision I could have made, I’ve never regretted taking that chance. Truly, if it wasn’t for these people and their professionalism, care and true compassion Dad wouldn’t have made it as long as he did and would have been suffering in a terrible state. Not only were they supportive in every step of planning his care, responding promptly to his deteriorating health and care needs but they’ve been there for me too - cheering me up and keeping me fully informed; especially when my own health took a turn due to the increased stress and no help at all externally apart from these guys. Marcell and Chantelle stayed with my Dad until the very end and he adored them; they saw him and us through the worst possible time with dignity, respect and absolute care - I couldn’t have wished for anything more! When faced with barriers from other supposed care provisions, they got things done fast and made sure Dads needs were a priority. I can’t ever find the words to thank them enough and would shout it from the roof tops how much I would recommend them to care for your loved ones - you get more than what is expected not a quick 5 min visit when you’re paying for an hour like I was with my previous provided! Dependable Care 4 u cared for Nan for the last 6 months of nans life, Nan was so happy with all that the care team done for nan.

nan died with dignity and compassionate. The care team never left nans side in the final hours towards the end. we will always be thankful for the care and dignity they have nan and how much we all was involved in nans care. it some what helped prepare us for nans passing. More...

Dependable Care for You Ltd. have been caring for Dad for just over 6 months. Dad was not getting the full support and care with the old provider. Dad had many missed calls and no constant care team with the old provider.... Dad is so happy now and the care team are always on hand even if we need extra calls or support. i have peace of mind when at work knowing dad has had his medication and food. Dad always says how nice the cups of tea are.
