We have engaged with Steve and LAL mid January. Within a day of posting on Bark I had a reply and subsequently an initial visit to discuss our ideas and sketch them on paper.
At the meeting Steve was able to give us an initial estimate of the price. Following the first initial appointment we have decided to proceed with the architectural drawings. From there our house was measured and initial plans were produced. After some minor adjustments plans are now submitted to planning. We have decided to proceed with the build under the Steve’s management and are excited to begin end of April once all finalised and approved.
Steve is a friendly, professional and responsive and is always there when a new question comes to mind. He is very approachable and understanding and we would recommend LAL to anyone. Mary and Andy

Great experience using Lincolnshire Architecture Ltd. From my initial inquiry on Bark, Steve had called back within the hour and arranged to do a site visit the following day. We went from exploring the idea of a single story extension, to having fully drawn plans for an extended kitchen and sun room (including bifold doors) all within a couple of weeks. As with any significant investment we were a bit nervous at the prospect of such a significant outlay, but Steve helped keep any potential concerns in check and really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable getting the project off the ground. All costing was completely transparent, and he helped us source a reputable builder while keeping the cost within our fairly tight budget, and also ensured all documentation to Structural Engineers and Building Control were submitted correctly. Our build is now well underway, which we wouldn't have thought possible only a couple of months ago before Steve's plans brought our vision to life.
