A very professional service from the outset. Firstly, the quote was very reasonable compared to others so we decided to go with DCE to look at some work DCE had carried out locally. We were impressed by the work they had carried out. Once we looked at recommendations and also having lots of positive conversations during the planning phase, we knew we had made the right decision. Our ensuite bathroom was meticulously planned with great attention to detail. The designer came to the bathroom supply shop locally with us to ensure we were purchasing fixtures and fittings that matched our design. This was really helpful because we didn’t feel too lost with everything we needed to order. The work was carried out very efficiently and their work ethic of the team was great. Loft Conversions
We recently hired Michael Rieger (Oneli Builders)and his team for a loft conversion and house renovation. The project involved modifying one bathroom and extending the second floor with a dormer loft conversion for our growing family.
This included installing floor joints, tiling en suite in the loft, as well as the electrics and plumbing.
We started in February, and of course, the weather was a bit cold—we wondered how things would go after the roof was removed. But Michael’s team managed the transformation extremely well. They handled everything with incredible professionalism. They were also very quick to finish it and hardly took 3.5 months to complete the project as promised.
We’re thrilled with our new space—it’s completely transformed our home, and we’d happily recommend Michael and his team. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept the site tidy throughout. The final finish exceeded our expectations, especially the attention to detail in the joinery.
A special mention goes to Betka, the team’s designer. She was fantastic throughout—she even accompanied us to choose bathroom tiles and furniture. Her design expertise and sharp eye were invaluable. She was quick and decisive, guiding us with clear pros and cons when selecting materials or thinking through space considerations. The 3D videos she provided gave us a high-level preview of how everything would look before construction, helping us visualize how it would all come together
Overall, I highly recommend Michael and his entire team. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

We recently hired Michael and his team for a single-story extension and a full house renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The project included extending one bathroom, modifying another, replacing all floor joists, tiling, re-fencing, building a garden patio, as well as all the electrics and plumbing. It was a massive undertaking, but they handled everything with incredible professionalism.
A special mention goes to Betka, who is the team’s designer. She was fantastic throughout the process, even accompanying us to pick out bathroom tiles and furniture. Her expertise and eye for design were invaluable. She took the time to understand our vision, created detailed design plans, and even provided visualisations so we could see how everything would come together.
The team’s foreman, Vadim, was also exceptional. He was incredibly diligent, keeping everything running smoothly on-site and ensuring the highest standard of work. His attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive and made such a difference to the overall quality of the project.
Michael took care of all the paperwork and organisation, which made the whole process stress-free. What impressed us the most was their reliability—they delivered everything on time, stayed true to their word, and were flexible in accommodating our needs. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely love the final result.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael/Oneli Builders on my entire house rebuild projects, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
Their craftsmanship is exceptional, showcasing incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
From start to finish, communication was clear and timely, ensuring I was always in the loop. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, which was a huge relief. Also, they got a big expert team which made the entire project finished in 6 months, other builder could take minimum 9-12 months.
I was particularly impressed with how Michael tackled any challenges that arose, demonstrating great problem-solving skills and professionalism. Their creative input truly enhanced the design, resulting in a space that’s both beautiful and functional.

Michael did a ground floor rear wraparound extension for us in 2018. Work was to an extremely high standard. We are 6 years on and it still looks great. I am still in contact with Michael and he has been back a few times over the years to resolve minor issues that have arisen (all very standard stuff) in honour of his warranty. I would highly recommend not only for the quality of work itself but for the aftercare also, which isn’t always a given with building companies. More...

We got a significant amount of work done by Michael: loft, garden house (concrete) and entire house redecoration.
We had an outstanding experience working with Oneli and the entire team.
They were incredibly professional, consistently meeting target timelines and proactively guiding us on decisions we needed to make, ensuring nothing fell behind. Every member of the construction team was friendly, respectful, and mindful that we were living on-site throughout the project, which made a huge difference to us.
A special mention goes to the design services by Alzabeta. Her guidance was invaluable, especially for us as newcomers to a major renovation process. Having her design expertise included in the quote added tremendous value and helped us feel confident every step of the way.
One recommendation: to make the most out of Oneli’s services, it’s best to have a clear scope of work from the start and be prepared to make timely decisions. Doing so allows Oneli to manage the project seamlessly and achieve an excellent end result.
