DBS have just completed our loft conversion. They started on the first week of February and have completed mid March as promised.
Not only have they done all the construction works and interior finishing, they also assisted with planning permission, building regs and party wall agreement.
I honestly well recommend this firm and wish them all the best!

Recently used Dawes Building services for a new build open plan extension in my family home, the guys were exceptionally professional. To be honest we had a few other quotes however upon meeting with the surveyor and the builders I was impressed with their knowledge, these guys helped me with planning permission right from the beginning and I really appreciate the fact they took their time to explain everything to me as each stage went by. Work completed on time and most importantly these guys completed to an extremely high standard. They even spent good times cleaning the site at the end of every day ! The builders finished the work as to the schedule qnd the original qoutation. The work was finished on time apart from a delay which was not down to the builders.
