What do you love most about your job?
Simplifying the letting and compliance journey, something many landlords fear which is our ‘bread and butter!’
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started out 5 years ago for our own portfolio. Then family and friends. Then we realised there was a gap in the market for a efficient and lower cost agency.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most agents charge you 10%+VAT for management, then charge you additional when it actually needs managing! We dont.
Our vetting process is one of our own. The majority of agents look at the last three months history of the tenant and current references. We look at the last 24 months and previous landlord refrences!

We do offer lettings consultancy or hands off management for those wanting to use our service but further afield.
