What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel truly heard. My own experiences with therapy inspired me to offer compassionate, flexible support.

Yes, I offer online counselling via secure video calls through MS Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Google Meets. This allows clients to access therapy from anywhere, providing flexibility while maintaining confidentiality and support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer online sessions and outdoor walk and talk therapy. For in-person sessions, I ensure regular cleaning and sanitisation of the therapy space.
