Could not recommend Dan enough, an absolute life saver 🙌 Despite having a deposit sat in my account for 18 months, I put off buying my 1st property as I was nervous, clueless and didn't really know where to begin! I was advised to speak with Dan as he came highly recommended, and straight away he made me feel at ease! He explained the entire process, and pretty much did everything for us! Within about 10 days I had a fantastic mortgage offer with all my insurance sorted! He even helped us with a fantastic solicitors meaning I had a completion in 6 weeks! He was always in contact, helping us every step of the way, and honestly the whole experience was a breeze! I think I may still have had the deposit in my account had I not come across Dan! What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to work with a variety of different people looking at a whole range of scenarios and ensuring the lowest possible, but most suitable products for each client. I do particularly love working with first time buyers, purely due to the excitement that first time buyers go through when purchasing their first home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked within mortgage services for the last 8+ years, mostly for commercial estate agents and new build firms. I wanted to utilise this experience and put all the good things to use, but also avoid all of the weaker aspects that working within these firms offer. Such as deciding my own fee (i don't charge any fees), having access to all lenders etc.

If you're looking for a totally fee free mortgage and insurance service from a well experienced advisor. I have seen virtually all scenarios so can work quickly and efficiently whilst keeping you up to date with good levels of communication throughout.

I am happy to provider services remotely, via phone or video call but can also offer face to face appointments to clients local to me where required. I am based in West Yorkshire.

I will advice on the most appropriate policies for you. Go through any jargon and make sure the policy is set up to suit your specific requirements.
