Really great experience with our single storey side extension.

We went to a number of different builders, but chose D&A East Midlands Property Service Ltd due to their professional approach and total concept to completion approach.
From our first meeting we felt very comfortable with Andrea who discussed our requirements and budget with us.Our whole experience with D&A East Midlands Property Service Ltd has been EXCELLENT. We have been so impressed and happy with onsite crews, the plumbers, the roofers, the gyprockers and everyone that has been on our job have been incredible too. Andrea worked closely with us notifying us at the beginning of the week what works were expected to take place. Everyone who has visited our extension has commented on the good workmanship. I instructed D&A contractors to work on a single storey extension at the back of my house. From start to finish, Andrea and his team have provided me with a world class service. You can tell that Andrea cares and is passionate about his work, which results in a slick and professional finish. Andrea quoted me a price and a timescale and stuck by his word which I am chuffed about.

I am very new to this property world and Andrea has also shared good advice with me which will help me with this property + future opportunities.

I highly recommend Andrea.
He arrived to quote the job with the full plans, fully understanding what was being asked and explaining what we needed to do next from a planning point of view, which no one else had mentioned.
I met with many other builders before Andrea. I found many were pushy, didn’t listen to what we wanted, gave over inflated quotes or just weren’t reliable. Andrea instantly filled me with confidence where others didn’t.
A full writing contract was completed with details of his insurance and when payment instalments were to be made etc.
He is extremely knowledgeable, coming up with solutions to our ideas along the way.
He has kept us updated throughout the job, having daily briefing on what is to be expected next.
He has picked up extra jobs we hadn’t consider such as rendering the garage that sits back from the extension.
Andrea and his team are all extremely hard working. Nothing is any trouble. Working full days, arriving promptly at 8am and not leaving until 5, no matter the weather.
The building inspector has came and been extremely impressed throughout. Each stage successfully being signed off.
The job has been completed to an excellent standard and we are extremely pleased. Now looking forward to Christmas spent in our beautiful new kitchen extension.

Andreas team are all incredibly hard working and knowledgeable, each one of them polite and respectful. Id have no hesitation in any of them doing another job for me, they found pre existing issues with the house and fixed them no fuss. Then theres Andrea.. one of the most genuine, kind hearted and funny guys ive met. Fully transparent, knows literally everything there is to know about the trade and cares so much about the quality of the job, you would think it was his own house! Several times he would fix something that wasnt even part of the job and without me asking, just because he could and he wanted to. Worked around me and my children and always very considerate of our needs as a family. Was the best quote, honoured the quote at every stage (even when i know for a fact materials ended up more expensive) and finished a huge and quality job within half the time anyone else said they could do it in. Ive made a few mistakes in life but choosing Andrea definitely isnt one of them, and ive already recommended him plenty! More...
