Clear, concise and appealing. Use ergonomics to help user experience and enhance engagement - make it relevant to your customer.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I like to get to understand a client, their personality, their motivation, their goals, their ambitions and their fears. Where do they wan to go with this project? What is their budget and let's see what we can achieve within that budget.
Describe your creative process.
I like to listen to the client and address their issues in an understanding manner to provide them with the best possible solution for their needs and budget.
We talk to get a clear understanding of their requirements and then follow up with a written brief and synopsis. On agreement, we then start the creative process and checking with he client along the way that they are happy. Listen to their views and make alterations accordingly. On completion of all the stages ensuring all 'safety nets' have been cleared, we are then ready to issue the completed project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
As much background information as possible - their market place, their competition, their own constraints and capabilities and of course budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Making peoples dreams come through and exceeding their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in industry for 8 years, people kept telling me I was good and it was my friends who inspired me to set up my own business. 40 years and still working and enjoying every day - if it worked for Picasso, it'll do for me!
